ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) is the Government of India's quality and environmental certification for MSME manufacturers. It assesses both manufacturing quality (Zero Defect) and environmental impact (Zero Effect). Silver level requires documented environmental management, waste reduction practices, energy monitoring, and quality systems. It is Amsol's primary environmental credential.

DUNS (Data Universal Numbering System) is the globally recognised business identity standard used by OEMs, procurement platforms, and financial institutions for supplier verification. A DUNS number enables international buyers to verify Amsol's legal existence, business credit standing, and operational history. Required by many global procurement systems including Ariba, Coupa, and government supplier portals.

Material Verification — NABL Lab + Foundry MTC Cross-Check
Every material heat is verified through a two-step process: the foundry's Material Test Certificate (MTC) is received and reviewed, then cross-verified against an independent NABL-accredited laboratory test report.

3D Coordinate Measuring Machine verifies all critical dimensions on every production batch. Dimensional report issued with balloon numbers mapped to drawing callouts.

Brinell and Rockwell hardness testing on every production batch confirms material grade and heat treatment results. Results recorded and reported with every shipment.
