End-to-End Process

From Flat Sheet to Finished Assembly — One Partner.

Amsol's sheet metal capability covers the complete manufacturing chain — cutting, stamping, forming, welding, and finishing — under one quality system. No transfer between separate suppliers. No dimension loss at each handover. One inspection report covering the complete fabrication.

Process 01 — Cutting
Laser Cutting & CNC Punch
⚡ Laser Cutting & CNC Punch
±0.1mm. Any Profile. Any Hole Pattern.
Laser cutting produces any 2D profile from flat sheet with ±0.1mm accuracy — no tooling cost, no setup time per profile, no minimum order. CNC punching for repetitive hole patterns, louvres, and knockouts in high-volume production. Both processes work on mild steel, stainless, aluminium, and galvanised sheet from 0.5mm to 25mm thickness.

Stamping — High Volume. Precise. Low Cost Per Part.
Progressive die stamping and blanking for high-volume sheet metal components. Where laser cutting is flexible, stamping is fast and economical at volume — the same part produced thousands of times per hour with no per-part processing cost. Amsol's stamping capability covers blanking, piercing, drawing, embossing, and coining from mild steel, stainless, aluminium, and copper strip.

Progressive Die Stamping & Blanking
🔨 Progressive Die Stamping
Blanking. Piercing. Drawing. Embossing. Volume from 5,000/year.
Progressive die stamping feeds strip material through a series of die stations — each station adds one forming operation — until the finished component exits at the end. One press stroke produces one complete part. At volumes from 5,000 per year, stamping delivers the lowest cost-per-part of any sheet metal process. Amsol's stamping covers blanking (cut to shape), piercing (holes), drawing (3D forms), embossing (raised features), and coining (precision thickness).

Process 03 — Forming
CNC Press Brake Bending & Roll Forming
📐 Bending & Roll Forming
±0.5° Angular Accuracy. Complex Multi-Bend Profiles.
CNC press brake bending converts flat laser-cut blanks and stamped parts into 3D forms — brackets, enclosures, channels, frames, and structural sections. CNC back gauge ensures ±0.5° angular accuracy on every bend. Roll forming for cylindrical and conical profiles — tanks, pipes, curved enclosures. Multi-stage bending for complex profiles with 4+ bends programmed and verified on first article before production.

AWS D1.1. Coded Welders. Full Weld Inspection.
Welding is where sheet metal parts become assemblies — and where quality discipline matters most. Amsol's welding operation covers MIG (GMAW) for structural and high-production fabrications, TIG (GTAW) for precision stainless and aluminium welding, spot welding for thin-sheet automotive-style assemblies, and structural welding to AWS D1.1. All welders are qualified. Weld quality verified by visual inspection, dimensional check, and NDT where specified.

Weld Quality & Inspection

Six Weld Quality Standards Amsol Maintains

A perfectly cut and bent bracket becomes useless if the weld is inconsistent, under-penetrated, or distorted. Amsol's welding quality system covers every joint on every assembly.

Visual Inspection (VT)
100% visual inspection on all welds. Bead profile, size, length, undercut, overlap, and surface porosity checked against drawing specification before assembly moves to next stage.

Dimensional After Weld
Critical dimensions re-verified after welding by CMM or checking fixture. Welding distortion controlled by fixture and sequence — not corrected after the fact.
🔍
NDT — PT / UT on Request
Penetrant testing (PT) for surface defects on stainless and aluminium welds. Ultrasonic testing (UT) for internal soundness on structural welds where specified. Both available on request.
🔥
Pressure Test Available
Hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing for welded vessels, tanks, and pressure-containing fabrications. Test pressure to customer specification. Certificate issued.
