Standard Thermoplastics — PP, ABS, PE, PVC
🔵 Standard Thermoplastics
High Volume. Low Cost. Consistent Quality.
Standard thermoplastics are the workhorses of injection moulding — polypropylene, ABS, polyethylene, PVC, and polystyrene. These materials produce components at the lowest possible cost per unit when volumes are high. Amsol moulds standard thermoplastics for housings, covers, brackets, trays, and any application where material cost must be minimised without sacrificing dimensional consistency.

Engineering Polymers — PEEK, POM, PA66, PTFE
⚗️ Engineering Polymers
PEEK at 260°C. POM Gears to DIN 7. PTFE Zero Friction.
Engineering polymers replace metal in demanding environments — high temperature, chemical exposure, precision motion, or extreme wear. PEEK operates continuously at 260°C. POM (Delrin) machines and moulds to precision dimensions suitable for gear blanks and bearing cages. PTFE provides near-zero friction for sealing and sliding applications. Amsol moulds all major engineering polymer grades with the same dimensional discipline applied to metal components.

Insert Moulding & Overmoulding
🔩 Insert Moulding & Overmoulding
Metal + Polymer. One Operation. No Assembly Step.
Insert moulding places metal components — threaded inserts, pins, electrical contacts, bearing races — inside the mould before injection. The polymer bonds around them in a single cycle, eliminating post-moulding assembly, press-fitting, and adhesive bonding. Overmoulding sequences two polymer materials — a rigid substrate and a soft grip layer — creating comfortable, chemical-resistant, or electrically-insulating assemblies in one tool.

Rubber Moulding — NR, NBR, EPDM & Speciality Compounds
Rubber moulding at Amsol covers compression moulding, transfer moulding, and injection moulding of natural and synthetic rubber compounds. Seals, gaskets, O-rings, vibration dampers, bump stops, diaphragms, and rubber-metal bonded assemblies — produced under the same ISO 9001:2015 quality system as all Amsol metal components.

🔴 Rubber Moulding
Sealing. Damping. Vibration Isolation. Rubber-Metal Bonded.
Rubber moulding converts natural and synthetic rubber compounds into precision sealing and damping components. Compression moulding for O-rings, gaskets, and flat seals. Transfer moulding for complex geometry. Rubber-to-metal bonding for vibration isolators and anti-vibration mounts where rubber is bonded directly to a machined metal substrate. Shore hardness from 30A to 90A across all grades.
